Sequences That Know When To Stop

A real reply ends the follow-ups. An out-of-office does not. Getting that distinction right is the difference between a sequence that books meetings and one that annoys people into blocking you.

Build The Sequence, Not The Plumbing

Steps, delays, conditions and variants in one editor. Personalisation tokens fall back gracefully, so a missing company name never ships as “Hi there at {{company}}”.

Four Subject Lines, One Winner

Test up to four variants on any step. Outfrank holds the split until the sample is large enough to mean something, then shifts volume to the winner on its own.

The Rules That Keep You Out Of Trouble

Applied to every campaign automatically, whether or not you remember to think about them.

Reply detection

Genuine human replies stop the sequence immediately. Auto-responders, bounce notices and calendar invites do not.

One sequence per person

A contact cannot be enrolled in two live campaigns at once, no matter which rep or workspace added them.

Sending windows

Mail goes out inside working hours in the recipient's timezone, not yours, and never on the days you exclude.

One-click unsubscribe

List-Unsubscribe headers on every message, honoured instantly and logged against the contact.

Domain budgets

A campaign can never push a domain past its safe daily total, even if you launch three at once.

Approval before send

Optional review step so nothing reaches a real contact until a named person signs it off.

Campaign Questions

The practical ones, before you build your first sequence.

How many steps should a sequence have?

Across our data, replies keep climbing to about step four and flatten after step five. Beyond that you are mostly collecting complaints, so we cap the default template at four.

Does tracking pixels hurt deliverability?

It can. Open tracking adds an image and a redirect domain, both of which filters weigh. You can run any campaign with tracking off and rely on reply rate instead.

Can two reps email the same account?

Not by accident. Enrolment is checked across the whole workspace, so the second attempt is blocked and the rep is told who owns the conversation.

What happens to replies?

They land in the connected mailbox as normal, and Outfrank mirrors them into a shared inbox with the campaign context attached so nobody has to dig through threads.
