For Recruiters

Reach Candidates Without Burning The Desk

Recruiting sends more mail per consultant than almost any other function, and pays for it in blocked domains. Outfrank spreads that volume properly and keeps placed candidates and live clients out of every sequence.

Suppression That Understands Recruiting

A placed candidate is not a prospect. Neither is a client's own employee. Outfrank holds those as separate lists with their own rules, so the awkward email never goes out.

Built For A Busy Desk

The volume is the easy part. Staying credible while sending it is the job.

Per-consultant mailboxes

Candidates reply to a named person, not a shared alias, while the domain reputation is managed centrally.

Role-based sequences

Different cadence for a passive senior engineer than a graduate pipeline, without rebuilding either from scratch.

Client-side outreach

Business development runs in its own workspace on its own domains, so a candidate campaign never risks BD mail.

Re-approach windows

Set how long before a previously contacted candidate becomes eligible again. Enforced automatically, per list.

GDPR-shaped records

Every contact carries the basis you are relying on, when consent was captured, and when it expires.

Fast opt-out handling

One click removes a candidate from every consultant's sequences at once, not just the one that emailed them.

Recruiting Questions

The compliance-shaped ones, mostly.

Can I email candidates under GDPR?

Often, on legitimate interest, when the role is genuinely relevant to their professional profile. Outfrank records the basis per contact; the judgement about relevance stays with you.

How do I avoid poaching from clients?

Add the client's domain to the off-limits list. Anyone with an address at that domain is filtered at enrolment, across every consultant and every sequence.

Our consultants send a lot. Is that safe?

Only if the volume is spread. A desk sending 300 a day across eight warmed mailboxes is fine; the same volume from one is how domains die.

Does it work with our ATS?

Through the API and webhooks. Push candidates in from the ATS, get replies and opt-outs back, and keep the ATS as the record of truth.
