What counts as an email?
One message to one recipient. A four-step sequence to 1,000 people that everyone reads through counts as 4,000 — but replies stop the sequence, so real usage always lands lower.
What happens if I go over?
Sending pauses rather than silently billing you. You'll get an alert at 80% and again at 100%, and you can top up or upgrade from inside the app.
Do you really not charge per inbox?
Correct. Connect five inboxes or five hundred — the price is the same. Charging per inbox punishes exactly the behaviour that protects your deliverability.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes, in either direction. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you already paid for.
Is verification billed separately?
No. Verification runs on every import at no extra cost. Most tools sell it as a second subscription; we treat it as part of sending responsibly.
What do you need for annual billing?
Just a card, or an invoice if you prefer. Annual saves 20%, and if you cancel inside the first 30 days we refund the difference without a conversation.
