What Enterprise Adds

Everything on Scale, plus the controls that make a security review straightforward.

SSO and SCIM

Okta, Entra ID or any SAML provider. Users provision and deprovision from your directory, not from a spreadsheet.

Granular roles

Separate who can launch a campaign, who can add a domain, who can export contacts and who can see billing.

Immutable audit log

Every change recorded with actor, timestamp and previous value, exportable to your SIEM.

Private sending network

Dedicated IP ranges isolated from other customers, with reputation monitored as a named estate.

Custom DPA and terms

Redlines welcome. Sub-processor list, transfer mechanism and retention schedule all documented.

Named GTM engineer

One person who knows your domains, your volumes and your rollout plan — not a rotating support queue.

Rollout

“Security review, SSO wiring and a forty-domain migration took eleven days end to end. Our previous vendor quoted a quarter just for onboarding.”

11 days
Signature to first production send
40+
Domains migrated with warmup history intact
1
Named engineer through the whole rollout

Procurement Questions

The ones that come up in every security review.

Where is our data held?

In the region you pick per workspace — EU or US — and it does not leave it. Sub-processors are listed in the DPA with their own regions stated.

Can we get the SOC 2 report?

Yes, under NDA, along with our penetration test summary and current sub-processor list. Ask your account contact and it is usually same-day.

Do you support custom contracts?

On Enterprise, yes. We accept redlines on the MSA and DPA, and we can work to your paper if that is a requirement.

What does migration involve?

A named engineer maps your existing estate, transfers domains with their warmup history, rebuilds sequences and runs a parallel period before cutover.
