Is there a limit?
Twelve credited referrals a year on the referral scheme. Beyond that you are effectively a partner, so we move you across to the cash programme.
Do I need to be a customer?
To receive credit, yes — credit applies to an account. If you are not a customer, use the partner program and take cash instead.
What if they cancel?
Credit already applied stays applied. We do not claw back, because chasing people for a month of credit is not a business we want to be in.
Can I refer my own second account?
No — same billing entity is excluded. Agencies running client accounts should use the partner program, which is built for exactly that.
