For Agencies

Every Client, Walled Off From The Rest

One client's bad list should never touch another client's domains. Outfrank gives each account its own workspace, sending estate and reporting — on one bill, with no per-inbox tax on growth.

Isolated Workspaces, One Login

Switch between clients from a single account. Domains, lists, suppression rules and reporting never cross the boundary, and a client can be handed their own read-only access without seeing anyone else.

Built For How Agencies Actually Work

The operational details that decide whether you can run twenty accounts or five.

Client-safe reporting

Share a live dashboard scoped to one workspace. No exports, no screenshots, no chance of showing the wrong logo.

Per-client suppression

Each account keeps its own do-not-contact list, plus a global one you control across the whole agency.

Templates across clients

A sequence that works for one account can be cloned into another in a click, with tokens remapped automatically.

Bulk domain setup

Register and authenticate a new client's whole sending estate in one flow rather than one mailbox at a time.

Role-based access

Junior staff can launch inside a workspace without being able to touch billing, domains or another client.

Clean offboarding

A client leaving takes their domains and data with them. Export, transfer, archive the workspace, done.

Agency Questions

Asked on most agency calls, so here they are up front.

Can I white-label the reporting?

You can put your logo and colours on client dashboards and scheduled reports on the Scale plan. The sending domains are the client's own, so nothing in the mail itself mentions us.

How do I bill clients for volume?

Usage is broken out per workspace, so you can see exactly what each client consumed and pass it through at whatever margin you work on.

What if one client gets a spam complaint?

It affects that client's domains only. Nothing is shared between workspaces — not IPs on a dedicated pool, not reputation, not suppression data.

Can clients log in themselves?

Yes, with read-only or contributor access scoped to their workspace. Plenty of agencies use this instead of writing a monthly update.
